 Cyberbullying is the usage of social networking sites like facebook, whatsapp, instagram and twitter to harass, emparass, tease or bully a person, by sending threatening messages, audios, pictures or video shaming. 

Safety in the other hand refers to the way of being protected from harm.

Determination

We can achieve anything we desire if we give ourselves the time and the right resources to learn, but these are worthless without the focus and determination to be successful πŸ”ŠπŸ”ŠπŸ”Š

Determination is a quality or inner strength that makes you continue trying to do or achieve something that is difficult. It makes us to march fearlessly ahead with faith until we achieve our goal. Since life is never smooth, many of us fail off when we come across challenges. But with determination, we can overcome any type of challenge. 



Commitment

Most people fall not because of a lack of desire but because of a lack of commitment πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚

Commitment is not merely a promise that one makes to do something. It entails dedication, ability to work hard and bear infinite fortitude. Being committed thus entails a powerful will to do whatever it takes to fulfill and follow through on a responsibility. If one abandons one's comfort zone, one may find it difficult, but being committed implies that one is going to do it nonetheless. 

One of the basic prerequisite of commitment is staying true to yourself. Obstacles will naturally try to impede the path toward your goals, but being true to yourself will make you get ready to tread the long path to success and let go of the obstacles and temptation of taking an easy route or a shortcut.

If you set goals and go after them with all the determination, you can muster, your gifts will take you to places that will emaze you! 

A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person plan and commit to achieve. Goals create a road trip to your success; And give you a starting point and a destination. The process of writing your goals helps you clarify what you desire to do.

Conquer your fears

He who is not everyday conquering some fears, has not learnt the secret of life 

Don't ever let fear stop you from doing the things you love most. Never let your fears decide your fate. 

Fear is the greatest killer of dreams that ever roamed on Earth. It is that voice inside you that says you can't do it, that voice that gets louder and stronger every time you listen. 

What stops most people from getting what they want is fear of failure, fear of success, or fear of disappointment. Some people are unable to explain what they are afraid of, unfortunately you cannot fight anything you can't define. 

The only way you can change is to step into your fears and sum up all the courage inside you and do the things you fear most. If you want to achieve something, you must clear the way to it of all the things that are blocking you from making progress. 

Tell yourself that no matter how many times I fail; no matter how many times I feel rejected, embarrassed or down, I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL MY GREATEST FEAR DIES!!! 

Take care of yourself

Your body is your most priceless possession take care of it. 

To keep your body in a good health is your  duty, otherwise you won't be able to keep your mind strong and clear. 

We can't share with others a resource that we lack ourselves (charity begins at home), meaning you can't take care of someone else, while failing to take care of yourself. Begin to keep your normal routine as much as possible. The starting point is to take your own mental health temperature, take a shower early in the day, brush your teeth, and put on clothes that you feel good in.

Passion

 


Your passion can be anything that simultaneously challenges you, intrigues you and motivate you. Being aware of what you enjoy most about life help you define your passion. Knowing your passion in life gives you something to build the rest of your life and push you through difficult times. 

You're the author of your life. Don't settle for the bare minimum just because it's working out right now, you will never know what you're truly capable of, unless you push yourself. But even when you find yourself tripped up by failures and other obstacles. You can't let that get to you, it happens to everyone on the path of following their passion. Don't be frustrated if you don't feel like you know yet, keep trying new things. It will come even if you have to build it. 

Do not fall into the common trap of thinking that you love someone and not doing anything about it. Ask yourself, if giving up my pride worth to maintain a relationship? What about being being unselfish and sacrificing your time or comfort?  If you cannot do that, it's probably fake love or you need to start making some changes. 

Positive attitude

You must always be positive and always smile. A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but being positive will affect many people to make it worth the effort √

A positive attitude is essential for your happiness, joy and progress in life. It brings light, hope and enthusiasm into the life of those who possess it. 

Adopting positive attitude does not mean that everything will always be moving smoothly and there will be no more bumps on the road. However, it helps you cope more easily with your daily affairs of life, ensures that any setback you might encounter will not stop you or change your state of mind, as well as, enhancing your motivation when carrying out tasks and working on goals and makes it possible for you to inspire and motivate others. 

Here  are some tips on how to develop and keep a positive attitude:

Self- Esteem

Always be yourself, express yourself, have faith in yourself, do not go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it 

Being yourself means that you like who you are, living a life you want to live regardless of the opinions of people around you and respect yourself. People will always be people, don't worry about what they think, you cannot control their thoughts. A strong belief in yourself can help you organise your ability to accomplish your goals and be optimistic about the future as you set goals and achieve them. You will see and enjoy abundance around you.

Be your own best cheerleader and encourage yourself to get your tasks done. Learn to break your challenges into small steps until you know that you can do it. Make changes in your life, your friends or relatives cannot make you believe in yourself, they would rather be supportive. When you develop a clear vision for what you want, start developing strategies for realising that vision and start achieving small goals along the way.

Watch your thoughts


Your thoughts interact with conscious universe which not only hears what you say, but more importantly knows what you feel and believe. 

Good thoughts of life are exactly what can help you lead the life you want and deserve. Your thoughts are the key to your happiness and success in life. The thought you feed your mind will determine your future, your character, your personality and ultimately, they mold you into the person you are today. 

Your mind is a secret garden, plant and always fertilize good thoughts on life and in turn, your life will be a dream come true. You are in complete control of what your life will turn to be.

How can one witness one's thoughts?

Step 1: Acknowledge the thought's presence – by acknowledging the thought, you address it's presence. You are not giving it power, but just witnessing it. Then allow your mind to drift to the next thought. 

Step 2: Take no immediate action – remain still and exert no action that is propelled by the thought. There will be an adequate time to deal with what needs to be done once your mind is clear and free of distractions. 

Step 3: Let your silence envelope you 



Allow the inner silence to envelope you. Notice the sense of calm and peace you feel. This permits your higher consciousness to shift through and to the present. 

Step 4: Slowly return to your present – after allowing time for witnessing your thoughts, gradually return to the present. You should have some resolution to your quest and be able to create workable solutions. That's because your mind is free and clear from clouded and conflicting thoughts. 

Contentment


Be thankful for what you have, rejoice in the way things are; and you will end up owning the entire world. Most of the times, people concentrate on the lives others are living, rather than focusing on what they can do to make things right for them. 

Never envy others, love your work, and remember that, when one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we took so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened up for us.

Here are some of the things that one can do to live a contentment life:

1. First take a step back and think about what's important to you. What do you really want to be doing? Who do you want to spend your time with? 

2. Examine your commitment - our lives are too full and we cannot possibly do everything we have committed to. This, accept that you cannot do everything, know that you want what is important to you and try to eliminate the commitments that are not as important. 

3. Do less each day - do not try to overload your day with work, and this will give you time to do what you need to do and not rush. 

4. Eliminate stress - try to find ways to eliminate the stressors you encounter daily.
