Good thoughts of life are exactly what can help you lead the life you want and deserve. Your thoughts are the key to your happiness and success in life. The thought you feed your mind will determine your future, your character, your personality and ultimately, they mold you into the person you are today.
Your mind is a secret garden, plant and always fertilize good thoughts on life and in turn, your life will be a dream come true. You are in complete control of what your life will turn to be.
How can one witness one's thoughts?
Step 1: Acknowledge the thought's presence – by acknowledging the thought, you address it's presence. You are not giving it power, but just witnessing it. Then allow your mind to drift to the next thought.
Step 2: Take no immediate action – remain still and exert no action that is propelled by the thought. There will be an adequate time to deal with what needs to be done once your mind is clear and free of distractions.
Step 3: Let your silence envelope you
Allow the inner silence to envelope you. Notice the sense of calm and peace you feel. This permits your higher consciousness to shift through and to the present.
Step 4: Slowly return to your present – after allowing time for witnessing your thoughts, gradually return to the present. You should have some resolution to your quest and be able to create workable solutions. That's because your mind is free and clear from clouded and conflicting thoughts.

ReplyDeleteI'm disagreeng to agree with certain points in here..since silent in most case heat the inner man of a person. So, the best way to over come these I think is to get rid of every thing in your your mind by expressing your feelings. Don't get me wrong, but wish, truth is just truth
ReplyDeleteThat can be useful to soft-hearted people or those who lack self confidence and self esteem. Saying out what troubles you to friends or relatives that you trust can also help you to calm down or feel releaved, but they won't be able to stop you from having the same thought.
DeleteThus, whenever you're going through a situation where by it seems difficult to get rid of bad thoughts or conflicts in your mind, you should allow yourself to get into a silent moment, and in a peaceful place free from destruction, for at least 5 to 15 minutes. Letting your mind to calm down will help you know the cause of such conflicts or bad thoughts, which will eventually lead you to possible solutions .
